Good move. Quality over quantity. Has anyone tried those high-end journals like the Clear Habit Journal? They look nice but are they worth the $30?

I have one! It’s beautiful and the paper is great for my fountain pens. But honestly, a $2 notebook from the dollar store does the same job if you're consistent.

To each their own! As long as the bar weight is going up and the waistline is going down, track it on a napkin for all I care. Cheers for the tips everyone.

Precisely. See you all at the squat rack tomorrow. Don't forget to check your boxes!
