Thanks for all the tips, everyone! Going to try the 'World's Greatest Stretch' before my morning jog tomorrow. Hopefully, it helps with my stiff lower back.
It will! Just remember to keep moving. If you find yourself standing still for more than 5 seconds, you've gone back into 'static' territory.
