How to Plan a 7 Day Meal Prep Menu in 30 Minutes
Don't forget to include snacks in the plan! That's where I always fall off the wagon—I plan the meals but forget I need something to eat at 3pm.
Snacks are easy: Greek yoghurt, almonds, or an apple. Put 'em on the master list!
Actually, hard-boiled eggs are the ultimate prep snack. I do a dozen at once. High protein and keeps for days in the fridge.
If anyone is in the UK, the M&S pre-cooked chicken skewers are a bit of a lifesaver when you haven't prepped. Just a bit pricey.
I do the same with the Kirkland pulled chicken from Costco. It’s basically meal prep for lazy people like me.
Costco is the cathedral of meal prep. Buy in bulk, plan in 10 minutes, cook in 2 hours. Done.
