For cardio, C4 is still perfect. Light energy, no crazy jitters, and helps me push through longer runs. For heavy lifting, however, I might look elsewhere for something with more strength and pump ingredients. It really depends on the workout. 🏃♂️
@CardioKing, that is a really good distinction! I never thought about it like that. For my morning runs, C4 is perfect. For a PR attempt, I definitely need something with a bit more oomph to get me through those heavy sets. 💪
C4 is fine, but if you are serious about pushing limits and achieving maximum performance, there are far better options with more potent blends and higher dosages of key ingredients. King? Not in 2026, mate. It is more of a loyal subject now. 👑🚫
