Pea Protein vs Soy Protein Isolate for Muscle Building Which is Better?
Alright, looking for some insights on plant-based proteins. I'm trying to cut down on dairy, so whey is out for me, but I'm still keen on optimising my protein intake for muscle growth and recovery. I've narrowed it down to pea protein and soy protein isolate.
Both seem to be pretty complete amino acid profiles for plant sources, but I keep hearing different things. Some folks rave about pea protein for its digestibility and environmental creds, while others stand by soy isolate as a complete protein with good bioavailability.
