I like Dave's hybrid idea. I'll try a structured refeed this Saturday with 400g of carbs and low fat. If I don't see the scale drop by mid-week, I'll know it was too much.
Good luck Rob. Just remember the scale will go UP initially because of the glycogen and water. Don't panic. Wait for the "whoosh" on Wednesday or Thursday.
The whoosh is real! It's the best feeling when you wake up and suddenly you're 2lbs lighter than your lowest weight before the refeed.
Exactly. Trust the process and don't let a temporary 3lb water gain scare you into a crash diet on Monday.
