I second the board press. It was the only way I could keep training for my meet while my shoulder was acting up.
And don't forget the soft tissue work! Lacrosse ball in the pec minor and the infraspinatus. If the muscles are glued together, the joint won't glide right.
Great point. I use a mobility ball against a wall every morning. It’s painful but it makes the warm-up much smoother.
Good luck with the recovery, LiverpoolLifting. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Don't rush back too early or you'll be out for 6 months instead of 6 weeks.
