Has anyone tried Ghost Lifestyle? Their flavors are crazy—like Chips Ahoy and Nutter Butter. Probably too much sugar for a strict cut though?

Ghost tastes amazing but yeah, check the label. It’s usually a bit higher in calories because of the cookie bits. If you can fit it in your macros, go for it, but ISO100 is safer.

If you're really struggling with hunger, stick to the Casein blends. The more you have to chew or the thicker the shake, the better the satiety.

I think I'll try the PEScience Select. The blend of whey and casein sounds like the best of both worlds for satiety and performance.

Good choice. Just don't blame us if you get addicted to the Snickerdoodle flavour!

One last tip: mix it with unsweetened almond milk. Only 30 calories but makes it taste 100x better than water.

I second the almond milk suggestion. Total lifesaver on a cut.

Or use cold brew coffee instead of water for your vanilla/chocolate shakes. Caffeine and protein in one go!

Brilliant idea. Keeps the metabolism up too. Good luck with the cut, Picky!
