Totally agree, TX. A post-meal stroll does wonders for digestion and keeping the blood sugar stable. Simple is usually better.
To summarize: 200-500 cal surplus, 10k steps, keep the fats moderate, and don't be afraid of a mini-cut if the waist gets too thick. Sounds like a solid plan for everyone.
Also, get your bloodwork done! If your fasted glucose is creeping up, it’s time to stop the surplus, no matter how small you think you still look.
