Hey everyone! I have been consistent with my weightlifting for a while now, and I have decided to incorporate creatine monohydrate into my supplement stack. I have read a lot about its benefits for strength and muscle mass, but I am a bit confused about the optimal timing for taking it.

Some sources say to take it before a workout for an energy boost, others say post-workout for better absorption with carbs, and then some say it does not matter as long as you take it daily. I am currently taking 5 grams every morning with my breakfast, but I am wondering if I could be getting even more out of it. My workouts are usually in the late afternoon.

What are your experiences with creatine timing? Do you find a significant difference in results whether you take it pre-workout, post-workout, or at another time of the day? I am looking for ways to maximize the results from my creatine supplementation, so any insights on optimal timing for maximum gains would be really valuable!
