Daily. I find taking objective measurements or progress photos helps when the mirror is lying. The numbers don't lie, but the brain definitely does.

I actually stopped taking photos for a while. I was getting too obsessive. I'm trying to just live in my skin for a bit without documenting it. It's been surprisingly liberating.
