I think it’s also important to remember that 'fitspo' is often highly edited. Even the 'no filter' posts usually have professional lighting. Comparing your bathroom mirror to their studio setup is a losing game.

Very true. Posing, lighting, and angles do 90% of the work in those photos. Don't let a 2D image ruin your 3D reality.

Update: I did the 30-minute limit again yesterday and it was much easier. I felt like I actually had an extra hour in my day to do things I enjoy. Social media just sucks the time right out of you.
